Where are you located and where can I park? 

We are currently located in the Kenwood area while we build our state of the art facility in Mason, OH. Our location is at 4565 E. Galbraith Rd Ste A, Cincinnati, OH 45236. We do currently share space and parking with the Headache Center of Hope.

How can I contact you?

We prefer calling or texting our office number 513-201-7387. We also use a HIPAA compliant texting service that you can text for medical concerns and results.

Do you accept insurance

Cincinnati Skin Center does accept most insurance plans available in the greater Cincinnati area, including most Medicare plans. However to best fit you needs we recommend seeing if Dr. Mislankar is in network with your plan and also for detailed information please call our office so our team can assist you.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

  • Photo ID: a valid driver’s license or passport

  • Insurance card: your updated insurance card for verification

  • Credit card – either a credit card or HSA card for our credit card on file policy (see below)

  • Pharmacy information if you prefer electronic prescriptions

  • List of current medications and medical history

CCOF policy

Cincinnati Skin Center securely stores an updated credit card on file (“CCOF”) for all patients. Should you have a balance after your visit, we will send out a statement. After your statement has been sent, any unpaid bills within a certain timeframe as indicated to you at your visit will be charged to the CCOF.

Financial and insurance policy

Your visit will initially be filed with your insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to provide accurate insurance and personal information including any preferred laboratory needs. You will be responsible at the time of service for the payment of copays and any past due balances. If you are a self-pay patient, payment is expected in full at the time of service.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is the amount of money a patient must pay out-of-pocket for healthcare services before their insurance starts covering the costs. For example, if your deductible is $1,000, you must pay the first $1,000 of your medical bills. Once you’ve met the deductible, your insurance will begin to pay a larger share of your medical expenses, although you may still be responsible for copays or coinsurance.

What is the difference between in network and out of network?

The difference between in-network and out-of-network refers to the healthcare providers and services covered by your insurance plan:

  • In-network: These are healthcare providers or facilities that have a contract with your insurance company to provide services at pre-negotiated rates. Visiting an in-network provider typically results in lower out-of-pocket costs, as the insurer covers a larger portion of the bill.

  • Out-of-network: These are healthcare providers or facilities that do not have a contract with your insurance company. Visiting out-of-network providers usually results in higher out-of-pocket costs, as your insurance may cover only a smaller portion of the bill or none at all.

What if my insurance is out of network or I do not have insurance

If we are not credentialed or accept your insurance, you have the option to be a self pay patient. Please contact the office if you are interested in self pay rates for office visits or procedures.


 If I am in network, how much will my visit be?

This varies largely on the needs during your visit and any procedures performed. The amount you will need to pay depends on your specific insurance plan. However, you can expect to pay a copay for your evaluation and management service. You may also be responsible for coinsurance or a deductible for any additional services or procedures you receive.

  • Copay: A fixed amount you pay for a covered healthcare service.

  • Coinsurance: A percentage of the cost of a covered healthcare service that you are responsible for paying.

  • Deductible: The amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance plan starts covering the cost of covered services.
